MISSIONSUNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Help with the sustainable development policy’s management:• Ensure regulatory intelligence on the various sustainable development issues • Participate in the drafting of the sustainable development policy and specific action plans in conjunction with the business lines• Propose and transmit recommendations to guarantee the proper application of the sustainable development objectives: By analyzing all of the information gathered By organizing cross-departmental work groups By proposing continuous improvement actions at the national level Participation in CSR compliance and SD performance: • Identify the key performance indicators that serve to meet legal obligations in terms of extra-financial reporting with the operational teams • Define and enrich the report follow-up tools (methodology guide, feedback tools, etc.)• Organize the reporting of quantitative indicators, making sure they are reliable, and of qualitative information in the scope of annual reporting campaigns, by mobilizing all of the internal contributors• Write up the reports (extra-financial reports, management reports, annual report, etc.) Operational employee support, awareness raising and training• Produce the materials and deliver training to company employees. • Create and provide the tools and methods intended for company employees.• Organize internal and external communication actions (forums, internal seminars, article about best practices on the internal site, etc.)• Monitor the actions taken locally, facilitate the capitalization of information and disseminate best practices • Maintain a watch of practices applied externally, notably via meetings with external firms.• Support and advise operational employees (pre-project phase, tender call responses, audits, etc.). JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 5 years’ higher educationFIELDS OF STUDY: Sustainable development, EnvironmentREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Recent graduate: 5 years’ higher education in sustainable development/the environmentExperienced: Experience in sustainable development/the environment required (CSR, technical expertise, innovation, land-use planning, etc.) JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL: All company functions – R&D network – SQE network EXTERNAL: All company/department service providers or partners – SD, R&D and technical networks in building and public works, professional associations

Profil :

Formation :

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en gestion de l’innovation, développement durable, ou toute autre discipline pertinente.

Expérience :

Vous avez une première expérience dans la coordination de projets avec des parties prenantes multiples.

Compétences :

Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse et dotée d’excellentes compétences en gestion de projet. Vous êtes également un communicant efficace, capable de travailler en équipe et de coordonner plusieurs projets simultanément. Vous faites preuve d’une forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, mais aussi de dynamisme, d’écoute et d’adaptabilité. Vous êtes axé(e) sur le client et avez le sens du service.
